We got together with Georgetown Brewing and made a classic, but modern, West Coast IPA using Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, Comet and Chinook Hops along with a supporting malt bill for flavors and aromas of spruce tips, hibiscus, lime zest and a dash of the Pacific Northwest.
